En-Claves del Pensamiento es una revista científica de acceso abierto con dos números al año en idioma español. Desde el año 2007, ha publicado más de 250 artículos de investigación por autores de más de 20 países y 100 instituciones. Sus artículos científicos, originales e inéditos, se corresponden con las disciplinas humanísticas de filosofía, arte, historia y literatura (preferentemente relacionados con la categoría de la vulnerabilidad).

Actualmente, la revista está clasificada como de Competencia Internacional por el Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONAHCYT). Indexada en Scopus y Scielo Citation Index (WoS). Con presencia en bases de datos internacionales como Redalyc, Scielo México, DOAJ, CLASE, GALE, Ulrich´s Periodicals Directory, The Philosopher´s Index, ERIH PLUS, EBSCO, DIALNET, BIBLAT, LATINREV e IRESIE.
