dc.description.abstractWe developed a hybrid course motivated by the success of the Enspire modules that help students to learn complex subjects at their own pace. E-learning Stata combines econometric material taught in classroom supported by the platform Blackboard, and online videos which the students can revise at their own pace using the same class material and learning the solutions from scratch. We found that the best way that E-learning Stata works is when there are three components: classroom lectures with the teacher, supporting online material where classes are taught in blackboard, and link the application of the knowledge learnt whit a real life final project were students test the skills learned.
